• Perform GL month-end closing and posting of journals such as provisions, accruals, deferrals, reclassifications.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure all financials are reported correctly and on time.
• Prepare monthly reporting, cash forecast, and group reporting.
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation and investigate any unusual items.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong internal controls.
• Prepare audit schedules and manage the entire audit process.
• Finalize Financial Reports and ensure all statutory reports comply with regulations, including statistical surveys.
• Handle tax compliance for GST, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, and Transfer Pricing.
• Prepare corporate tax information for the tax agent to complete tax computation and filing.
• Perform variance analysis and manage costs, accruals, and provisions.
• Collaborate with the FP&A team to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Calculate sales incentives and submit to HR for payroll processing.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and local government bureaus as required.
• Work with internal departments to gather, analyze, and provide financial information and recommendations.
• Drive continuous process improvements, develop SOPs, and participate in ad-hoc projects such as new system implementations.
• Perform other tasks as required.

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA qualified
• At least 5 years of experience in GL accounting and reporting
• Strong knowledge of SAP
