A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Strategy Associate to support corporate strategy execution and performance management. This role collaborates with senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives and managing key corporate priorities. Prior experience in relevant roles is preferred.
We are seeking a Strategy Associate to support corporate strategy execution, performance management, and executive-level coordination. This role works closely with senior leadership and the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to drive strategic initiatives, monitor business performance, and manage key corporate priorities.
Strategic Planning & KPI Management
Monitor, analyse, and manage company-wide KPIs and performance metrics.
Support the development, tracking, and reporting of strategic plans and business objectives.
Identify performance gaps and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
Executive Meeting Management
Organise, coordinate, and support executive management meetings and management committee sessions.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, minutes, and follow-up action items.
Track decisions and ensure timely execution of agreed actions.
SK Ecoplant Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit periodic reports to SK Ecoplant (parent company).
Coordinate strategic alignment, reporting requirements, and communication with the parent company.
Support cross-border collaboration on strategic initiatives.
Strategic Support & Analysis
Provide analytical and strategic support to the CSO in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Conduct market research, business analysis, and scenario evaluations to support strategic initiatives.
Critical Issue Management
Track and manage key corporate issues, risks, and strategic priorities.
Support issue resolution by coordinating with internal stakeholders and monitoring progress.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Prior experience in strategy, consulting, business planning, or related roles is preferred.
Strategic and logical mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
