Overview

We are seeking a visionary Head of Finance Operations to transform the Finance & Accounting function for an established local group.

This role will drive the evolution of a traditional, manpower-heavy Finance Operations model (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) into a streamlined, technology-enabled, and automated reporting function over the next few years, leveraging AI and advanced analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of Finance Operations from a manpower-heavy model to a streamlined, technology-enabled and automated reporting function.
• Drive improvements in efficiency, reporting speed, and decision-making through AI, analytics, and automation initiatives.
• Accelerate the financial month-end close process, optimize workflows, and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications
