School Maintenance Manager

5 days (Mon – Fri) 9am - 6pm

Basic Salary : $5,000 - $6,000

Work location: Alexandra Road

• 5-10 years relevant working experience related to facility maintenance and/or building project management (School building background preferred)
• Degree in Building & Facilities Management or relevant (latest building certification preferred)
• Experience in managing a team of Technicians

• Formulate practical and achievable maintenance policies with a focus on efficient people processes
• Track repairs, expenses, budgeting and audit becomes mission critical
• Supervise and lead a growing maintenance team, its processes and operations, overseeing all minor renovations and interior refurbishments
• Oversee regular inspections and assign repair schedules to pre-empt facility issues
• Ensure the team adheres to all safety policies and procedures whilst complying to established construction standards and government regulations
• Reporting pertinent statistics and data to management for decision making; facilitating annual budgeting and allocation of capital expenditure for facility upgrades and major building works.
