Key Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Mandatory exposure in the restaurant or F&B industry, with a strong understanding of food products, suppliers, pricing, and quality standards.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and experience working with purchase orders, inventory systems, and cost control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best pricing and consistent quality.
  • Manage daily procurement operations, including purchase orders, delivery follow‑ups, and supplier coordination.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment based on restaurant needs.
  • Work closely with kitchen and operations teams for accurate forecasting and demand planning.
  • Maintain detailed records of purchases, pricing, and inventory for audit and reporting purposes.
