Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, train, and mentor operational staff; ensure clear communication, accountability, and high performance.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track operational KPIs, prepare reports, and deliver insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Resource Management:
    Oversee allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal utilisation.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Ensure operations meet company standards, service levels, and regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control:
    Manage operational budgets, forecast needs, and monitor expenses to meet financial objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    Work closely with departments like HR, Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Problem Resolution:
    Address operational issues promptly, implement corrective actions, and minimise disruptions.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety guidelines, and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.
