Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to report to the Finance Manager and perform daily accounting duties such as bookkeeping and reconciliations. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks and supporting other departments with documentation. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative roles, be familiar with SAP, and able to start immediately or on short notice. The office will relocate in February 2026.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in accounting or administrative support.
- Able to handle SAP effectively.
- Must be able to start work immediately or on short notice.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to Finance Manager.
- Perform daily accounting duties including bookkeeping and reconciliations.
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks within the team.
- Support other departments with documentation and reporting.
