As the Operations Administrator, you will support the Centre Manager in ensuring smooth operations and driving the deliverables.

• Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day activities.
• Uphold and enforce Company’s Rules & Regulations, as well as ensure compliance with government regulations
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance, and support to foster a positive work environment and ensure employee satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and uphold high food quality standards.
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews, and take proactive measures to address concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
• Studying industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences, and making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

• Experience in a similar role within the F&B industry will be added advantage.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the F&B industry and a deep understanding of customer preferences and market trends.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
