Opening & closing of Stall on time
Preparation of pre-cook & cooked ingredients
Cooking of dishes – according to official company Sichuan recipes
Ensure cash in/Out tally with register
Adhere to company standards & regulations like hygiene and safety
Willing to coach new cooks
Adhere to SOP and standards on cooking
Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work stations
Keep up with industry trends and create new recipes
Job Requirements
Full-time
Working hours: 8 - 12 hours
At least primary school education and equivalent
Min WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate level 1
At least 4 years of working experience preferred; those without relevant cooking experience may be considered as Assistant Cook or Kitchen Crew
