Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced F&B Manager at RWS. The role involves overseeing restaurant operations while ensuring high customer service standards and compliance with health regulations. Ideal candidates have restaurant management experience, a valid food safety certificate, and strong leadership skills. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $12 - $14 and requires working 6 days a week, including night shifts.

Job description

Working location: RWS (Resorts World Sentosa)

Salary : $12 - $14 per hour

Working hours : 7-7

Working days: 6 days (1 off day-weekday)

Responsibilities:
  • Operations & Management
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the F&B outlet to ensure smooth functioning and high standards.
    • Maintain excellent levels of customer service at all times.
    • Work closely with the Chef and Marketing team to design and plan exceptional menus.
    • Plan weekly, monthly, and festive menus, and coordinate marketing materials.
    • Prepare staff rosters, schedule manpower, and manage attendance, overtime, and leave applications.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Foster a collaborative environment with open two-way communication and strong team ownership.
    • Lead, train, and mentor the F&B team to develop talent and ensure consistent performance.
    • Conduct appraisals and provide feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Quality Control
    • Ensure strict compliance with health, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
    • Monitor and maintain kitchen and outlet equipment to ensure proper working conditions.
    • Manage supplies and inventory to prevent wastage while maintaining adequate stock levels.
    • Inspect incoming goods from suppliers for quality and accuracy.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Report to management on sales results, team productivity, and operational performance.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
