A leading culinary education institution in Singapore is seeking a Courseware Developer to design and develop engaging academic and leisure programs. Responsibilities include creating course materials, ensuring quality compliance, and utilizing data analytics for curriculum decisions. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a Private Education Institution, strong communication skills, and proficiency in instructional and multimedia design. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative teaching methods in the F&B industry.
The Courseware developer is responsible to design and develop all academic, leisure and license programs offered by the Academy, in accordance with the Policy and Procedures Manual, and in compliance with EduTrust, CPE and SSG frameworks on assignment base. The Curriculum Developer is responsible for carrying out the administrative functions and curriculum documentation that meets high quality standards and conforms to approved documentation templates. He/she is responsible for developing courseware for classroom and/or online delivery by maintaining quality compliance that meets SkillsFuture Singapore, EduTrust, and University Articulation requirements and support the smooth operations of the National Assessment Centre for Food & Beverage WSQ framework.
