Bochincheis a vibrant Argentinian–Latin American grill house on Club Street, known for premium steaks, bold flavours, and a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen. We are looking forChef de Partie and Sous Chef–calibre cooksto join our culinary team.

Job Details
  • Employment Type:Full-Time
  • Work Schedule: 5-day, 44-hour work week 2 off days per week
  • Split shift:11:00am – 3:00pm, 6:00pm – 11:00pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute dishes according to Bochinche’s standards.
  • Handle steak preparation and grilling, ensuring correct doneness and presentation.
  • Support daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist in supervising and guiding junior kitchen staff (Sous Chef level).
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure timely service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience asChef de Partie or Sous Chef(Junior Sous welcome).
  • Strong experience in hot kitchen operations and grilling.
  • Good knowledge of meat handling, portioning, and plating.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Singapore food hygiene regulations.
  • Knowledge of Latin-American cuisine is an advantage but not mandatory.
