• Assist the Operations Manager in working with chefs and staff to plan popular menus.
• Coordinate with chefs for efficient procurement and estimate food and beverage costs.
• Supervise portion control and preparation to minimize waste; ensure high quality of food and service.
• Achieve financial targets.
• Lead shifts and uphold company service standards.
• Collaborate on marketing, advertising, and special events planning.
• Handle hiring, training, and scheduling of staff.
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints.
• Prepare meal cost checks using the Point of Sale system.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels for smooth operations.
• Safeguard company property.
• Assist in daily sales reporting.
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
• Passionate about management and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
