Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Operations Manager in working with chefs and staff to plan popular menus.
  • Coordinate with chefs for efficient procurement and estimate food and beverage costs.
  • Supervise portion control and preparation to minimize waste; ensure high quality of food and service.
  • Achieve financial targets.
  • Lead shifts and uphold company service standards.
  • Collaborate on marketing, advertising, and special events planning.
  • Handle hiring, training, and scheduling of staff.
  • Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints.
