Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in built environment industry.
• Knowledge in green building, M&E with emphasis on electrical/control systems.
• Ability to calculate simple financial returns and basic financial models.

Responsibilities

• Project Management of Asset Enhancement / Sustainable Urban Renewal projects.
• Liaise with external partners and ensure project specifications are met.
• Collate sustainability data and support annual sustainability reporting.
