Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• Proven sales experience in the construction or engineering sector

• Strong skills in tendering, project costing, and contract negotiation

Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Implement sales strategies to secure new projects and expand the client base

• Identify potential clients, establish relationships, and generate leads

• Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and project costings accurately and competitively

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities

• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure project alignment

• Provide technical and commercial insights to enhance project profitability

1. Sales Engineer / Sales Executive [Marine and Offshore]

• Location: Penjuru (Transport pickup provided at Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan & Serangoon)

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

• Salary Range: $3,000 - $5,000

Job Description:

• Sales Generation: Contribute to revenue through lead generation, customer inquiries, order processing, and post-sales support

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing prompt and accurate information, addressing queries, and ensuring satisfaction

• Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Create accurate sales proposals and quotations, delivered promptly

• Market Research: Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies

• Trade Shows and Events: Assist in planning and executing trade shows, industry events, and demonstrations

• Administrative Tasks: Maintain sales records, prepare documentation, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or certifications in Marine, Engineering, or relevant fields

• Experience in the marine or similar industry preferred

• Technical knowledge of the marine industry, products, services, and market trends
