Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to analyze business requirements, provide troubleshooting support, and ensure smooth technology operations across all projects. The ideal candidate should hold a Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support. Familiarity with project management software is advantageous, and the position may require travel to project sites in Jurong Island.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyzing the business requirements and system specifications.
• Seasoned Individual contributor working as a technical support to the executive leadership team.
• Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all IT solutions at supported office.
• Experience with network and server equipment, knowledge of network security and assist with server.
• Working knowledge in the advanced level in destkop/ laptop troubleshooting and assisting with network and server issues.
• Experience in JIRA - Bug tracking and gathering change request.
• Responsible for the whole IT support, software mangement, ensuring smooth technology operations across all projects and data security is the most important as well.
• IT asset and inventory management.
• Other related job duties required to full fill the jobs required to do so.
• Deploying QA environments using ARA tools and Jenkins.
• Hands on experience on validation of HMI functions and ehands on experience in ADAS.
• Having Experience on software flashing using USB and ADB commands.
• Good Knowledge on SQL.
• Good knowledge in functional, regression,Mobile testing.
• Involved in and hands on experience in testing of systems, Apple and android mobile devices.
• Experience in CCTV systems and cabling.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Master degree in computer science engineering.
• 5 years of experience in IT support.
• Familiarity with construction / project management software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good coordination with internal project teams and external vendors.
• Ability to travel to project sites in Jurong island.
