My client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join them as a Global Procurement / Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst, based in Singapore. This role plays a key part in managing third-party risks across the full lifecycle of vendor relationships—from onboarding and due diligence to ongoing monitoring and governance. You’ll help ensure their outsourcing activities meet regulatory standards while supporting risk mitigation and operational resilience across the region.

• Design and develop low-code/no-code solutions to streamline regional outsourcing workflows
• Support risk assessments and due diligence for third-party engagements
• Assist in implementing and maintaining the outsourcing governance framework
• Monitor risk mitigation efforts and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Coordinate TPRM governance forums and provide ad hoc support to cross-functional teams

• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Proven experience in project management and execution
• Solid understanding of risk management and control processes
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who thrives under pressure and works independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in risk, procurement, or governance roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement

This is a 6-month renewable contract.
