Job description

• Perform receiving and GR functions using SAP
• Check and verify supplier invoices against received goods
• Assist in MTS / WMS labelling activities
• Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and forwarders
• Maintain FIFO, 5S and safety standards
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory accuracy activities
• Support productivity / kaizen initiatives
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve material issues
• Ensure accurate put-away to warehouse locations
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• GCE O Levels and above
• Experience in manufacturing logistics / materials management
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage (frequent coordination with Mandarin-speaking teams)
• Strong problem-solving and accuracy in GR documentation
• Skills in AutoCAD, Excel, IE or Lean methods an added advantage
• Knowledge of TS16949 preferred
