Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on semiconductor experience.
• Possess practical and hands-on approach to engineering process control.
• Knowledge in problem solving methodologies such as ISO, SPC, RCA, DAMIC, DOE.

Responsibilities

• Systematic troubleshooting of process and equipment-related problems.
• Take charge of new tools technical assessment and equipment process startup.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to achieve better quality and lower cost.
• Set up appropriate process and product control plans.
• Provide technical training on best practices in process control.
• Conduct yield analysis and continuous process improvement.
