Job summary

A leading tech firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud Support) to provide technical support for enterprise cloud platforms. The role involves troubleshooting incidents across AWS/Azure, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and implementing automation via Infrastructure as Code. Ideal candidates will possess a relevant degree and 4–8 years of cloud engineering experience. This position offers a 24-month renewable contract with a focus on continuous improvement in cloud operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–8+ years of experience in Cloud / Infrastructure Engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for cloud infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related incidents across AWS/Azure.
  • Monitor cloud performance, availability, cost, and security posture.
