Sales & Operations Support Executive - Singapore Plating Manufacturing Company

Expected Salary: SGD 2,800 – 3,200 (based on experience).
Industry: Surface Treatment / Precision Engineering
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (Lunch: 12:30pm – 1:15pm)
Location: Ang Mo Kio

About the Role

We are a Singapore-based precision engineering company specialising in surface treatment for components used in sectors such as semiconductors, medical devices, automation, and defence.
To support our expanding operations, we are hiring a Sales & Operations Support Executive who will manage both customer-facing activities and internal workflow coordination.
This position is well-suited for someone who is organised, fast-learning, and capable of balancing technical understanding with customer service.

What You Will Do
  • Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations based on provided specifications.
    Confirm orders and ensure all job details are accurately communicated across internal teams.
  • Work closely with Production and Quality teams to follow up on schedules, job status, and any changes.
  • Maintain and update job tracking systems to reflect real-time progress.
  • Prepare delivery documents, certificates, and other administrative support materials.
  • Record customer feedback and assist in follow-up actions for business development.
    Acquire basic knowledge of surface treatment processes through in-house training to better support customer queries.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or similar fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in sales coordination, customer service, or precision engineering environments (3–5 years preferred).
  • Experience with order tracking, QC documentation, and familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with production or job tracking tools.
  • Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment for most of the day.
  • Comfortable with standing for extended periods.
  • Adaptable and able to work with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
