Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for an individual to perform production testing for servers and racks, implement PXE Server configurations, and conduct tests for products. The role involves troubleshooting failures and working closely with engineers to enhance processes, as well as maintaining test documentation and supporting new product introductions. Candidates who are engaged in continuous improvement and quality assurance are preferred for this position located in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in production testing of hardware components.
• Familiarity with PXE Servers and configurations.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical failures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to conduct production testing for servers and racks.
• Implement and manage PXE Server configurations.
• Conduct burn-in and power tests for products.
• Identify and troubleshoot failures with engineers.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Update test documentation and provide training for staff.
• Support New Product Introduction and production.
• Participate in compliance and quality activities.

Job description

• Collaborate with engineers to perform all production testing for servers and racks.

• Implement and manage PXE Server configurations.

• Conduct and maintain run-in, burn-in, and power tests for products.

• Identify and troubleshoot failures, working with engineers to improve processes.

• Engage in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain and update test documentation, working instructions, and provide training for staff.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and large-scale production.

• Participate in ISO compliance and quality activities.
