A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a professional to assess medical claims and engage with stakeholders. The role involves timely assessment of claims, quality checks, and customer support. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree with 1-3 years of experience in claims handling, nursing, or a related field. Strong customer service skills are essential for fostering lasting relationships.
Assess Medical Claims: Accurately and promptly assess medical claims, ensuring timely payouts and reviewing pending claims for reserve adequacy.
Engage with Stakeholders: Liaise with medical institutions and policyholders to clarify requirements and ensure smooth claims processing.
Quality Checks: Conduct quality reviews on processed claims to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Customer & Business Partner Relations: Provide responsive and empathetic support to customers and distribution channels, strengthening relationships.
Handle Escalated Enquiries: Address complex claims queries professionally and efficiently.
Ensure Compliance:
Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate business and compliance risks.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging regulatory risks. Highlight potential concerns and share best practices in risk management.
Diploma/ Degree with minimum 1–3 years of experience in insurance claims handing, customer servicing, nursing or related fields
