Job description
  • Permanent position, Salary up to $6,500
  • Rotation work during Saturday
Responsibilities:
  • Set and achieve targets for throughput, service revenue, profitability, retention, and customer satisfaction by implementing effective processes, performance controls, and continuous monitoring.
  • Plan, organize, and enhance workshop efficiency by maximizing productivity and manpower utilization while maintaining high service and repair standards aligned with brand principal requirements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to 5S housekeeping practices to maintain cleanliness and orderliness across all service centre areas.
  • Provide timely support for escalated customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints by engaging customers directly and coordinating with customer relations and relevant departments to ensure effective service recovery.
  • Oversee all procurement activities for the service centre in line with corporate policies and brand principal guidelines
  • Plan and manage aftersales manpower needs, and implement development plans through regular performance reviews to promote continuous improvement in work attitude, capability, and overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Engineering‑related fields, with a minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience
  • Prior professional experience within the service division of an automotive dealership.
  • Strong leadership qualities complemented by excellent analytic skills.
