Our client is a well-established construction, property development and specialist engineering solutions provider. Currently, they are seeking a Project Manager to be part of team.

Our client is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager to oversee the safety and timely delivery of large scale industrial or treatment process plant projects. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineer with qualifications recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore or be accredited as a Professional Project Manager (PPM) by the Singapore Project Management Institute (SPM).

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of water treatment plant projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure all construction activities adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in project management to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore or accreditation as a Professional Project Manager (PPM) by the Singapore Project Management Institute (SPM).
