The Sales Executive will be supporting the sales manager in driving revenue from both the luxury leisure and MICE segments. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia, corporate planners, and event agencies. This position works closely with the Director of Sales & Partnership to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall business goals, delivering revenue growth, brand visibility, and high-value partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from all corporate accounts
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and presentations to key decision-makers in corporate and leisure sectors.
  • Work closely with the revenue management and marketing teams to ensure optimal pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Host familiarisation (FAM) trips and site inspections to showcase the property to key partners.
  • Maintain accurate account profiles, sales activities, and production reports in CRM (e.g., Opera, Salesforce).
  • Work closely with Front Office, Reservations, and Housekeeping to optimize room sales and guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and monthly sales forecasts.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback and address service concerns.
  • Attend monthly sales meetings to share updates and suggest improvements.
  • Foster positive relationships within the organization and with external partners.
