A training academy in Singapore is looking for an HR & Operations Executive to manage the full HR cycle, oversee payroll, and ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and maintaining compliance with manpower regulations. The ideal candidate will have HR experience, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with HR software. The HR & Operations Executive has key responsibility to ensure all HR activities and QA documentations are performed with quality outcome. HR activities includes administering recruitment of staff, onboarding of new staff, organising staff bonding activities, monthly payroll, etc and all documents to be properly filed. QA documentation would be to assist the Senior Management Team in implementing operational procedures, documentation, filing and any other administration work.
