Senior Equipment Engineer — Reliability & PM
Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks a Reliability Engineer to support investigations of equipment failures and implement advanced analytics for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Engineering, with 5-6 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. This position involves engaging with cross-functional teams and requires familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-6 years of equipment experience.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industries preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and TPM methodologies is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead/support investigation of major deviations and safety incidents.
- Support projects for predictive maintenance and reliability improvements.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
- Provide updates on equipment performance and reliability trends.
