The role offers a salary range of $2k to $3k plus a performance bonus, with working hours of 5.5 days per week.

- Quantity Survey for Subcontract Works (Civil).
- Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims.
- Manage Subcontract issues from time to time.
- Attend site meetings for site progress coordination.

Education
Position: Quantity Surveyor cum drafter

Location: Mandai Estate
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in quantity surveying
- Training Provided
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD
- Reports to Project Director
- Quantity Survey for Subcontract Works (Civil)
- Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, and material specifications & other documents.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, and finalization of accounts
- Manage Subcontract issues from time to time
- Attend site meetings for site progress coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making leading to successful project completion.
