Responsibilities

• Tender drawing and tender requirements.
• Quantities taking-off, estimation and costing for tender and ongoing projects.
• Undertake early stage budgets preparation and detailed cost planning.
• Source for supplier quotation for tender costing.
• Review sub-contractors’ bids and negotiate contract order values.
• Prepare documentation for sub-contractors.
• Measurement using on screen take off and Glodon software.
