Job description

1. Possesses a Degree in C&S and have at least 5 years experience on site in BIM related work under the Construction Industry (Residential)
2. Possesses knowledge in CAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Project & BIM (must be proficient in BIM, Revit MEP (Architectural, MEP,Structural) and Revit)
3. Able to work independently, co-ordinate site work, handle meetings with consultants and provide administrative support to the company.
4. Have enthusiasm in construction work.
5. Preferably able to comunicate in English and Chinese languages in order to handle both English and Chinese speaking clients. Being able to understand and communicate in English is essential as it will be the main language.
