• Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
• Design and build automated Python-based integration tests
• Execute and manage testing for new features; integrate tests with CI/CD
• Investigate issues and identify root causes; communicate findings effectively
• Improve and maintain test scripts and automation frameworks
• Enhance test reporting and automation scalability

• 5+ years of backend QA experience
• Full testing lifecycle expertise: manual + automated testing
• Strong in UNIX/Linux, Python, and Bash
• Proven testing experience with backend systems – APIs, databases, distributed services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in English for international collaboration
• Development background
• Additional language proficiency
