QA Engineer

Salary: $3,800 – $4,500

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 5:30pm

Location: Changi

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues and feedback
  • Investigate customer complaints and perform root cause analysis using quality tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D)
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with internal teams
  • Prepare and submit customer-required quality documents (e.g. Control Plan, FMEA)
  • Monitor and report quality performance indicators such as PPM, RMA, and customer scorecards
  • Support customer audits and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and ISO 9001 standards
  • Support new product introduction, sample inspection, and process validation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline
  • Experience in manufacturing or customer quality role preferred
  • Knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Whys, 8D, and FMEA
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality systems
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
