• Work closely with Material Review Board team to meet quality requirements
• Manage quality awareness environment to maintain zero defective quality and products
• Handle customer complaints, work with internal department to resolve quality issue
• Meet established guideline based on customer requirement and business agreement

• Degree in Quality Engineering or its equivalent
• Proven track record in New Product Development (NPD) from concept to launch
• Hands‑on experience in operational quality management within a manufacturing environment
• Expertise in Control Plans, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)/First Article Inspection (FAI)
• Skilled in managing the product qualification and validation lifecycle
