Position summary

Involve in publish and presentation of technical reports to internal / external stakeholder.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and facilitate internal and external quality related issues and resolve within specific time line.
  • Facilitate operation improvement project plan to include cost estimation and yield improvement.
  • Involved daily manufacturing activities, sustaining troubleshooting on process and quality related issues.
  • Assist manager in execution of department’s new processes, implementation, and continuation improvement projects.
  • Utilise problem solving methodology to identify root cause and put a fix in place to improve the operation process and preventive action.
  • Assist the manager to identify, diagnose and resolve process related issues by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC methodology.
Requirements
  • Candidate possess min Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Precision Engineering) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 - 5 Years of working experience.
  • Familiar with manufacturing process, precision engineering and quality assurance environment.
  • High mix low volume work environment.
  • Independent and task prioritization.
  • Project Management skills.
  • 8D report, PFMEA & Six sigma knowledge.
