Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supplier quality management and act as primary quality interface with suppliers.
  • Ensure that only materials meeting specification requirements are released to production.
  • Establish, maintain, and report supplier quality related KPIs periodically.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supplier quality management and act as the primary quality interface with suppliers
  • Responsible for management of materials spec or supplier QA agreement or SQC and supplier early alert systems (include liaison with suppliers to sign off spec, QAA, SQC agreement and other management system arrangement)
  • Ensure that only materials meeting the specification requirements could be released to the production
  • Work with the FMOS and Global and Local Procurement & Logistics Support Team in ensuring that the suppliers approved to supply such materials are managed in a global standardized manner
  • Establish, maintain, and report supplier quality related KPIs on a periodic basis
  • Responsible for supplier quality and on-site contractor’s performance reviews on periodic basis
  • Align work processes or practices for supplier quality or incoming QC for the Company
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or Science
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in audit and management system
  • Strong working knowledge of Quality Management System and audits
  • Good knowledge of statistical techniques, quality tools (FMEA, MSA & SPC)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
