Responsibilities

• Create, refine, and execute thorough testing strategies—covering both manual and automated approaches—to safeguard application integrity and client satisfaction.
• Liaise actively with multidisciplinary teams (product, engineering, UX/UI) to ensure clarity of requirements and robust acceptance parameters.
• Architect, expand, and sustain automated testing pipelines for web, mobile, and API-driven products integral to our sector-focused solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive validation procedures, including functional, regression, integration, load, and security assessments across varied environments.
• Embed robust quality protocols into our continuous integration/delivery efforts for seamless, low-defect software releases.
• Deliver concise, constructive feedback to development teams and contribute to code examination from a quality-focused standpoint.
• Drive ongoing enhancements in QA operational procedures, advocating up-to-date tools and refined practices to elevate business deliverables.
• Guarantee compliance with essential accessibility, usability, and regulatory standards, enabling trustworthy and inclusive client experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or closely aligned field.
• Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance, software test engineering, or similar technical testing role, preferably within IT or technology-enabled business environments.
• Strong command of QA principles, modern tools, and verification processes.
• Practical proficiency in test automation suites such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Hands‑on ability to test APIs utilizing tools like Postman, Newman, or REST Assured.
