Location – Central

Contract duration – 12 months [renewable]

• Enable full-stack solutions through multi-disciplinary planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and ensure quality across the application lifecycle.
• Perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites; create automation strategies and develop automated scripts.
• Support data and environment configuration for testing activities.
• Participate in code reviews, monitor defects, and report findings to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development process.
• Utilize automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct training sessions on testing and quality assurance best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to align with industry standards.

• Advanced proficiency in Test Execution and Management.
• Strong knowledge of System Defect Management, System Integration Testing, and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools and frameworks.
• Excellent debugging and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor team members.
