Job summary
A food production company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to oversee product quality and lead a team of production workers. The ideal individual will exhibit strong interpersonal skills, work well under pressure, and possess leadership capabilities. Responsibilities include ensuring product standards and improving productivity in a challenging work environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality of products and services.
- Ensure products meet specified standards.
- Lead a team of production workers to achieve targets.
- Monitor daily efficiency status of the production line.
Skills
- Responsible for overseeing the quality of products and services
- Ensure that products meet the specified standards and that all staff members adhere to quality control procedures.
- Assist in other ad-hoc operational duties where required
- Plan, organize and lead a team of production workers to achieve production target and output, cycle time, and yield.
- Improvement in maintaining product quality and productivity. Provide a guideline to check on processes thereby assuring that work is done by the operators.
- Monitor the daily efficiency status of the line

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
