Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years in supplier quality or manufacturing quality roles, preferably in biomedical or precision engineering.
  • Knowledge of ISO13485 and root cause analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and approve suppliers based on capability, compliance, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct supplier audits and process reviews to ensure adherence to ISO13485 and quality standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance using KPIs such as On-Time Delivery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to drive process improvements and reduce defect rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of audits, certifications, and supplier performance evaluations.

Education

Diploma in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
