Our client is looking for an experienced Project Director/Manager with a strong background in managing and deconflicting complex projects, especially in the development of technological hardware products. The successful candidate will demonstrate assertiveness, have an eye for detail, and be highly skilled in overseeing multiple work streams while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. This role is pivotal in driving project success and aligning cross-functional teams towards common goals.

• Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and production, to achieve project milestones.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of technological hardware projects, from conception to implementation.
• Act as the central point for deconflicting schedules, resources, and priorities across departments.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Implement effective project management methodologies, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Communicate progress updates to senior management and stakeholders regularly, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Proven experience in project management, specifically in technological hardware products.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and deconflict complex project dynamics.
• Assertive and decisive, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to handle competing priorities and manage projects under pressure.
