You’ll be responsible for content creation from concept to screen, managing production and editing, and helping us build a strong brand presence across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and coordinate with potential on-screen talents (influencers, hosts, students, clients) for shoots and collaborations.
• Video Editing: Film, cut, and edit engaging short- and long-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
• Content & Script Generation: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, write compelling scripts, and develop creative briefs that align with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Platform Management: Upload, schedule, and monitor content across various platforms. Analyze performance metrics and adapt content strategy accordingly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing and content creation (portfolio required).
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.
• Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and visual communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a good eye for aesthetics and detail.
