We are looking for a Junior Baker / Pastry Cook to join our team. The role involves assisting in the daily preparation and baking of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts for large-scale meal production. Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and baking breads, rolls, cakes, and pastries according to recipes.
  • Support large-scale production for functions, buffets, and meal services.
  • Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper hygiene of the work area and equipment.
  • Assist in receiving and storing bakery ingredients properly.
  • Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
