A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a dedicated operations professional with a degree in Banking or Finance. The role involves managing daily trading activities, ensuring accurate trade processing, and reconciling positions efficiently. Qualifications
- Minimum Degree in Banking/Finance required.
- Experience in Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Futures.
- Prior experience in system roll-outs or UAT testing is advantageous.
Responsabilités
- Handle BAU processing including Public Holiday coverage.
- Monitor and facilitate settlement of failing transactions.
- Perform daily trade and position reconciliation.

Formation
- Handle BAU (Business-As-Usual) processing of departmental functions, including rostered Public Holiday coverage.
- Process and book trades accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and facilitate settlement of failing transactions with various Prime Brokers.
- Perform daily trade and position reconciliation; identify and resolve breaks in a timely manner and escalate issues as necessary.
- Participate in system/project roll-outs and ad-hoc testing.
- Undertake other operational duties as assigned.
- Minimum Degree in Banking/Finance
- Knowledge and experience in Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Futures will be advantageous.
- Prior experience in system roll-outs or UAT testing will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
