Summary
  • Perform under limited supervision trade operation documentation activities, including the accurate and timely entry of operational data into internal trading and archival systems, while maintaining high standards of data quality and accuracy.
Description
  • Support trade operation documentation activities by inputting and compiling operational information into the trading system in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring each file is properly completed and closedonce all mandatory sections are fulfilled.
  • Upload and maintain trade and shipment documentation in internal archival systems in accordance with established record-keeping requirements.
  • Contribute to the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of operational records across systems. Contribute to the improvement of internal work processes. Perform any other ad‑hoc tasks or assignments as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
  • Relevant technical and analytical skills, ability in setting priorities and self‑motivated.
  • Strong team player who can work within the team whilst at the same time, able to work independently to deliver quality output.
  • Strong attention to detail, and thoroughness and accuracy in work.
