Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the assigned department.
  • Manage phone calls, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.
  • Providedirect administrative support to department head/manager/ supervisor,including email correspondence, and generation and distribution ofmemos, letters, spreadsheets, reports, and work orders, purchase orders.
  • Maintain and update department databases.
  • Prepare reports on department expenses and budgets.
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventories.
  • Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenancerequirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level,anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
