Job summary
A recruiting agency in Singapore is seeking a Private Banking Account Maintenance professional for a 6-month contract. The role involves processing account openings, managing risk profiles, and performing various administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should have at least a diploma and be proficient in MS Office. Responsibilities
- Process end to end for account opening including account creation and client letters.
- Process Portfolio Risk Profile renewals.
- Extract documents for testing and audits.
- Prepare and update monthly risk profiles due for renewal.
- Transmit transactions to Ops for daily processing.
- Prepare documents for archival and manage document inventory.
Skills
Education
Private Banking Account Maintenance (6 Months Contract, resume booster)
💰 Salary: Up to $3,000 per month (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
Process end to end for account opening which includes creation of accounts in the Private Banking system as well as generation of client letters.
Process Portfolio Risk Profile renewals
Extract documents requested by Business Risk Management for testing as well as for audits
Prepare and update monthly, risk profiles due for renewal on for tracking
Transmission of transactions to Ops for processing daily
Prepare documents for archival as well as managing inventory of documents sent to ScanHub
Other admin/adhoc duties and work as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Min Diploma
Good with MS Office (Word and Excel). Knowledge of macros will be an advantage.
Able to work across different business teams
Committed and conscientious personality to ensure complete follow-through for each job assigned
