Our client is a non-profit global organisation in the Crypto industry, promoting the healthy growth of the ecosystem. They are looking for an EA to be based in SG and support one of the Executive Director remotely.

Our client is a non-profit global organisation in cryptocurrency, promoting the healthy growth of the industry and the ecosystem. They have 200- 300 employee globally. In Singapore, candidates are allowed to work remotely. We are looking for an Executive Assistant who can work online from 12PM SGT to 9PM SGT on weekdays (5 day work week).

Description

Your key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the Executive Director in meeting arrangements, travel booking and expense claims

- Replying emails on the ED's behalf during conferences and events

- Calendar management to ensure a smooth operations

- Collecting key information and documents to support important decision making

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholder on behalf of the ED

- Travel for business 1-2 times per year

Profile

Successful candidate must have at least:

- 4 years of experience in a support function to understand the job context

- Prior knowledge and exposure in the Crypto industry

- Familiarity with modern work-flow & collaboration tools (notion, discord, gdocs, airtable, zoom, telegram, signa) is a plus

Job Offer

You will be working with high level of flexibility. You will be rewarded fairly. The salary can be paid out as an combination of SGD and cryptocurrency (optional).
