Role Overview

As an HR Generalist, you will support HR operations for the Singapore office, working closely with the HR Lead. You will be responsible for staffing, onboarding, employee records management, performance tracking, payroll support, and HR analytics. Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and assessments.
  • Maintain and track personnel files (digital and physical records).
  • Ensure accurate HR data entry in company systems.
  • Handle work visas, permits, and government HR-related requirements.
  • Employee Engagement & Development
  • Assist in organizing HR events, training, and activities.
  • Provide support for performance management and employee relations.
  • Help update HR procedures, policies, and templates.
  • HR Reporting & Payroll Support
  • Generate monthly headcount reports and ad-hoc HR analytics.
  • Process payroll-related additional/recurring payments.
  • Administrative Support
  • Arrange business trips, annual activities, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support HRBP in logistics for training programs.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in an HR Generalist role in an international company.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SAP, Employee Central, or SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:Strong organizational awareness and time management.
  • Ability to handle conflict and high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with intercultural sensitivity.
